The Emir of Zamfaran Anka Alh Attahiru Muhammad Ahmad has awarded the title of Maluman Zamfara to Malama Umar Hassan Gusau.
Malam Umar is the substantive Chairman of Zamfara state Hisbah Commission.
This is contained in a letter of appointment signed by the Secretary of the Emirate Council Aliyu Rafi dated 2nd November 2024.
The letter stated that the award of the title is basically to encourage the chairman to do more in serving humanity.
