APC PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR NORTH WEST GOV. BELLO MATAWALLE CONGRATULATE TINUBU/SHATIMA OVER VICTORY

The All Progressive Congress Presidential Campaign Coordintor Governor Bello Matawalle has congratulated the Nigerian President Sen. Bola Ahmad Tinubu and his running mate Sen. Kashim Shatima over their celebrated victory at the 2023 Presidential Polls.

Governor Matawalle who described the emergence of Tinubu/Shatima as true reflection of the will of people thanked millions of Nigerians who stood behind the ruling APC and made sure that they have re-delivered the party to victory.

According to the statement by the Director of Strategic Communications APC Presidnetial Campaign Council North West Dr. Anas Sani Anka the Campaign Coordinator described the rigorous campaign tours of Nigeria made by the Tinubu and Kashim Shatima through the APC campaign council as a clear reflection of the fact that APC is still the grassroots party to be relied on by Nigerians and assured that the campaign tours across Nigeria has offered Mr. Tinubu and indeed the APC the offer hands to understanding the problems of Nigeria and also surmount on them with relative ease.

Matawalle specifically thanked the party supporters from the North West for standing by the APC and assured that APC government led by Bola Tinubu will do its best to ensure that, people of the North West smiles.

He specifically assured that the incoming President will work hard to fight banditry head on and restore the lost glory of the zone.

He thanked his colleagues the Governors of the North West and indeed all stakeholders from the zone for their contributions to the success of Bola Tinubu/Shatima and indeed the APC .

SEN. YARI DONATES (13) TRUCKS OF MAIZE TO PEOPLE OF TALATAR MAFARA

Former Governor of Zamfara state and Senator representing Zamfara West, Hon. Dr. Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar (Shattiman Zamfara) has secured (13) trucks of Maize containing (3900) bags for distribution to his immediate community of Talatar Mafara.

The distribution is to be handled by the (11) man committee headed by Malam Hamza Abubakar.

A total of 68 communities consisting of 21,075 households will benefit with a total of 3900 bags of Maize.

According the chairman, the beneficiaries cut across religious devices as instructed by the donor Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar.

According to the committee Chairman, former Governor Yari has considered the social condition of the people emanating from the removal of fuel subsidy by the current administration.

He assured that, the committee will be just and fair in the discharge of their duties.

He called on people to give them maximum support and cooperation in the discharged of their duty in order to achieve the desire success.

(31) PEOPLE DIES, (274) SUSTAIN INJURIES IN ADAMAWA ROAD CRASHES.

The Federal Road Safety Corp Adamawa state command has revealed that a total of (31) people died as a result of various road crashes within the state.

The statistics also showed that, a total of (274) people also sustained various degree of injuries as a result of the road crashes.

The Adamawa sector command also recorded (126) various road crashes involving (548) passengers within the period under review.

The statistics covered a period of January to July 2023.

The sector commandant of the state, Mr. Yelwa Dio when he interacted with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).

He attributed the road crashes to over-loading, over speeding and making telephone calls while driving.
