2023 GUBERNATORIAL ELECTIONS: FMR. GOV. YARI EXTENDS CONSULTATION TOUR TO GUSAU & TSAFE.

In continuation of his campaign tour across the fourteen local government areas of the state, the Chairman of the Zamfara APC Gubernatorial campaign council (Sen. Elect) Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar had visited Gusau and Tsafe local governments where he met with the APC stakeholders.

Yari was accompanied by the Deputy Governor Sen. Hassan Muhammad Nasiha, Party Chairman Tukur Umar Danfulani as well as other stakeholders from the central zone Senatorial district.

While addressing party supporters in the two local governments, Yari thanked them for their support to the success of the APC and urged them to redouble such commitment by voting massively for all the APC candidates.

He recalled that, since 1999 APP/ANPP now transformed to APC has been the leading party which has been scoring dominant votes because of the trust the public entrusted on the party.

Deputy Governor Sen. Hassan Muhammad Nasiha on the other hand emphasized on the need for continued experience sharing, especially for stakeholders to understand where they are getting things right or wrong, especially on the just concluded Presidential and National Assembly election so that appropriate measures could be instituted to better the process.

He also called on those assigned with supervisory roles in the forthcoming Governorship and state assembly elections from poling units to wards and local government levels to remain committed in making sure that things have worked as planned.

The Deputy Governor further informed the congregations that different committees were constituted by the gubernatorial campaign council aimed at ensuring the success of the party in the forthcoming Governorship election.

SEN. YARI DONATES (13) TRUCKS OF MAIZE TO PEOPLE OF TALATAR MAFARA

Former Governor of Zamfara state and Senator representing Zamfara West, Hon. Dr. Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar (Shattiman Zamfara) has secured (13) trucks of Maize containing (3900) bags for distribution to his immediate community of Talatar Mafara.

The distribution is to be handled by the (11) man committee headed by Malam Hamza Abubakar.

A total of 68 communities consisting of 21,075 households will benefit with a total of 3900 bags of Maize.

According the chairman, the beneficiaries cut across religious devices as instructed by the donor Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar.

According to the committee Chairman, former Governor Yari has considered the social condition of the people emanating from the removal of fuel subsidy by the current administration.

He assured that, the committee will be just and fair in the discharge of their duties.

He called on people to give them maximum support and cooperation in the discharged of their duty in order to achieve the desire success.

(31) PEOPLE DIES, (274) SUSTAIN INJURIES IN ADAMAWA ROAD CRASHES.

The Federal Road Safety Corp Adamawa state command has revealed that a total of (31) people died as a result of various road crashes within the state.

The statistics also showed that, a total of (274) people also sustained various degree of injuries as a result of the road crashes.

The Adamawa sector command also recorded (126) various road crashes involving (548) passengers within the period under review.

The statistics covered a period of January to July 2023.

The sector commandant of the state, Mr. Yelwa Dio when he interacted with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).

He attributed the road crashes to over-loading, over speeding and making telephone calls while driving.
