Zamfara state police command has declared that, it will parade a suspected kidnapper who ordered for the abduction of his biological mother in return for N30M as ransom.
Police Public Relations Officer SP Shehu Muhammad who stated this during an exclusive interview with the Thunder Blowers said though the suspected kidnapper was from Kaduna he was arrested here in Zamfara after the command received intelligence information about his movement within the state.
Shehu added that the command will also parade some bandit leaders arrested at the various locations of the state, adding that the improvement recorded is a clear indication of the commitment of the current Police Commissioner to securing the state from all sort of criminalactivities.
He assured that even the recent killing of some arm suppliers along Bukkuyum and Anka is a testimony of the fact that the journey to securing the state is a good beginning for the transformation of the state.
He reaffirmed that, police and other security agencies are combat ready to offer the needed protection for Zamfara state citizens to go out on election day and cast their votes.
