One of the APC supervisory collation officer Ibrahim Tudu Tukur has informed the tribunal that no one has paid him a dime to conduct the analysis in respect of the infractions detected in the Maradun election declared by the INEC.
He stated that he has used the form EC8A series as produced by the INEC to arrive at the genuine result which is supposed to be used for Maradun local government.
When asked where the form EC8 series are right now, he replied he can’t tell; hence the election is over?
He was also asked explain if he has ever used BVAS machines on the day of the election, he replied “No”.
When asked if he had visited all the fourteen local governments during the election, he stated yes, noting that it was part of the complaints he received from the poling unit agents appointed by the APC that aided him in building the petition?
He further stated that all the information contained in his statement of oath is a clear reflection of what transpired at the poling units based to what the APC agents testified before the party.
