.A Federal lawmaker from Zamfara State Abdulmalik Zubairu Zannan Bungudu has donated cash worth N2M to the member of the First Aide Group of JIBWIS at the close of a capacity training session of the group in Bauchi.
Bauchi State Governor Bala Muhammad has also donated eighteen seater bus to the same member during the closing of the training session.
The member who is named Salihu Abdullahi Kankia was reported to have returned missing cash worth over N100M to the owner.
According to the statement by the JIBWIS Bauchi State branch published on its verified Facebook page, the member of the first aide group was commended for doing what is deserving to be commended.
Engr. Mustapha Imam Sitti Director of the JIBWIS First Aide Group presented the member during a capacity training for the forthcoming this year’s Ramadan Preaching.
The Director stated that “when the member of the first aide group picked the missing bag loaded with cash, he took it home and later reported to the police that he is in possession of a missing bag in case someone came for inquiry.
According to the report, the money was later returned to the owner.
The Izala group said the action of their member was commendable and that the leadership of the group has honored him by awarding him a slot for pilgrimage.
