The former Chairman of Zamfara Medical Association Dr. Mannir Bature Tsafe has emerged as the new national Publicity Secretary of the Association.
Dr. Bature Tsafe emerged victorious for the post at the 64th Annual Delegate’s Conference of the Association held at Calabar International Convention Center, Cross River State.
Dr. Mannir is a medical doctor working with the Federal Medical Center Gusau and had once served as Secretary and substantive Chairman of the Association in Zamfara State.
He was alumni of the famous Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto.
