Former Zamfara State Governor Sen. Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar has inaugurated some development projects worth about N4 billion naira in Sokoto
Among the projects inaugurated include, (46) buses valued at N3.5 naira were distributed for the 23 local governments areas of the state.
Ten more other buses valued at N650 million naira were donated to different Islamic groups in the state.
He also inaugurated the donation of N100, 000 to 2,800 people as part of the gesture to supporting people in building small and medium enterprises.

In a remark, Senator Abdulaziz Yari said that the one year administration of Governor Ahmed Aliyu was a success considering the record he has achieved so far
He urged the governor to continue the great accomplishments he has started noting that with his 100 days in office he has demonstrated the right capacity to lead the state.
He also commend the cordial relationship that exists between Governor Ahmed Aliyu Sokoto and Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, the leader of their party urging the duo to sustain such.
