Governor Dauda Lawal has approved the appointment of Abubakar Bello Ruwan Doruwa as the Chairman of State and Local Government Contributory Pension Commission.
The appointment followed a released by the office of the Secretary to the State Government Mal. Abubakar Nakwada and made available to journalists.
Ruwan Doruwa is a holder of Bachelor of Science Degree in Business administration and is a retired permanent secretary in the state service.
The Governor also appointed Dalhatu Tukur as Managing Director of Zamfara Housing Corporation.
He replaces Dr. Jamilu Jibo Magayaki who was appointed as State Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party.
The new MD for Housing Corporation is holder of Master’s Degree in Economics and Finance and has served in different capacities both in the private and public sectors, including Managing Director of the Mindal Global Resources, Lagos.
Others appointed include Abubakar Mai Gari Ibrahim who is appointed as the Managing Director, Zamfara Agricultural Development Programme (ZADP).
Is also a holder of Bachelor of science Degree in Economics and has over three decades of experience in the federal civil service. He served in many positions including Board Member, National Council for Management Development.
Bello Muhammad Jekada was confirmed as Registrar Zamfara State College of Education Maru in Zamfara state.
Jekada is a holder of Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and is one of the pioneer non-academic staff in the college. He served in different capacities including a Deputy Registrar Establishment and also currently the Acting Registrar of the University.
The Governor also appointed a builder Jibo Dango Senior Special Assistant on Construction under the Infrastructure and Urban Renewal Projects.
Another appointee was Ibrahim Lawal – Senior Special Assistant Domestic Affairs Office of the First Lady
The Governor expects the appointees to work diligently with utmost integrity and dedication towards deriving the Rescue Agenda in their various offices.
