Some suspected bandits armed with deadly weapons attacked staffers of the Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission along Gusau-Funtua highway on Sunday.
The staff were on their way to Abuja for an official assignment when they cut-off with the bandits perfecting their operations.
The coordinator of the commissioner alongside others were among those abducted and moved to the forest.
The driver of the of the commission alongside two others were instantly killed during the attack.
One of the source who confided on this medium confirmed that the coordinator Bashir Abara Gummi spoke with him while on transit together with the bandits to the forest.
The attack came barely few hours after another set of bandits launched early morning attack along same road and abducted score of the passengers.
The attack on the passengers along Gusau-Funtua road has became prominent in recent weeks as authorities have been urged to wed into the situation to secure the road.
