Governor Dauda Lawal has clearly stated that use of technology is key to ending armed banditry.
Dauda Lawal who stated this while answering questions from the Channels TV anchor Seun, said his administration has invested very well in the area of deploying technology to end banditry.
He explained that it was as a result of the extent they have gone in the area of use of technology that enables the state to make the phone calls to alert the air force on about things on the ground.
He also said the days of Bello Turji are numbered, noting that he is confident with what the operatives of Nigerian army are doing Bello Turji the notorious bandit leader will soon be arrested.
He made reference to where the recent airstrike incident occurred, which he said was one of the bases used for Bello Turji.
