GOV. MATAWALLE PROMOTES DG PROTOCOL TO PERMANENT SECRETARY, RE-INSTATES DG MEDIA AND FEW OTHERS

Governor Bello Matawalle has promoted his reinstated Director General Protocol Matters Mala. Kabiru Yusuf to the position of Permanent Secretary.

In a public announcement signed by the Permanent Secretary Administration office of the Head of Service of the state Yusuf Abdullahi Bakura said, the Governor has approved the reinstatement of Mal. Yusuf Idris Gusau as Director General Public Enlightenment. Media and Communications and Babangida Umar Zurmi as DG Press Affairs office of the State Deputy Governor.

The Governor has also approved the reinstatement and redeployment of Aliyu Sani as Director Protocol office of the Executive Governor while Abdullahi Lawal Ahmad was appointed as Director General Protocol Matters office of the Deputy Governor.

The announcement also read that Malama Zainab Nuhu was re-instated as Director General protocol matters office of the first lady while Lawal Hussaini was re-instated as Director General office of the Executive Governor.

The Governor also announced the redeployment of Bala Umar Tsafe from Ministry of Social and Community Development to Ministry of Humanitarian and Disaster Management as permanent secretary.

Malam Kabiru Yusuf was also redeployed from the office of the Head of Service to Directorate of Housing and Urban Development as Permanent Secretary.

The statement reads that, all the appointments and postings are with immediate effect.
