Governor Bello Matawalle of Zamfara has approved the appointment of Ali Akilu Dama as substantive Chairman of Zamfara State Board of Internal Revenue.
This is contained in a statement issued to newsmen by the Acting Secretary to the State Government Kabiru Balarabe and issued to newsmen on Monday.
Balarabe also announced that the Governor has appointed Shiekh Abubakar Muhammad Sodangi as the Executive Chairman of Zakkat and Endowment Commission.
Balarabe also announced the reinstatement of Abubakar S Paws Dambo as Executive Chairman of Zamfara State Pilgrims Welfare Commission.
He said the two appointments are with immediate effect.
