Zamfara State Auditor General Aliyu Abdullahi Ibrahim has been announced dead at the late hours of Sunday.
He died at a private hospital in Abuja after battling chronic hypertension and suspected kidney failure.
His remain has been evacuated back to Tsafe in Zamfara State for burial.
His funeral arrangement has been scheduled for 5:00pm today, Monday at his Tsafe country home.
He died at the age of 55 living behind wives and children.
