A chieftain of All Progressive Congress, Barr. Muhammad Dantavawa says, Governor Bello Matawalle may not be clearly informed about the condition of the (200) students sent to Cyprus, India, and Sudan.
Dantabawa who made the assertion when he featured in Thunder Blowers TV show “Tiryan-Tiryan” said, he knew Governor Matawalle used to be a kind-hearted person who is always willing to make life easier for the people noting to that “how much is involved to settle the financial needs of their institutions?”.
He said even if the true picture of the condition of these foreign students has not been painted to the Governor, when he heard or read about this development he would surely act with speed to address their problem.
He promised that when he has access to the Governor he would surely inform him about the development assuring that once the Governor is briefed, he would take the right step to address the issue.
It would be recall that Governor Bello Matawalle sponsored the (200) Zamfara indigents to study medicine and other engineering related courses in Cyprus, India, and Sudan at the beginning of his government.
