GOVERNOR BELLO MATAWALLE REDEPLOYS PERMANENT SECRETARIES.

Governor Bello Matawalle has orders for the redeployment of some Permanent Secretaries in the state service, among which include Kabiru Sani from Ministry of works to education and Lawali Mainasara from Ministry of Education to that of Science and Technical Education.

Others in the redeployment list include, Garba Ahmed Gusau from science and Technical education to ministry of works, Abubakar Muhammad Barmo from Permanent Secretary government house to Ministry for Local Government Affairs, while Abubakar Jafar Maradun has been moved from Ministry for Local government matters to Office of the Executive Governor (OEG).

Former Accountant General Jibrin Baba who was formally the permanent Secretary government house has been redeployed to Finance, Kabiru Yusuf from Directorate of Housing and Urban Development to the Government House while Lawal Hussein formally the permanent Secretary Ministry of Environment has now been moved to Cabinet Affairs.

Malam Yakubu Sani Haidara has been moved to Salaries and Wages office of the Head of Service, Haruna Mainasara formally the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Youth and Sport to Ministry of Environment and Solid Minerals, Abdulkadir Alinkilo Anka from Ministry for Special Duties to Ministry of Commerce while Hamisu Shayau has been moved to Ministry of Youth and Sport as Permanent Secretary.

According to the statement by the Permanent Secretary Administration office of the Head of Service Yusuf Abdulllahi Bakura the redeployment takes immediate effects.

Former Governor of Zamfara state and Senator representing Zamfara West, Hon. Dr. Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar (Shattiman Zamfara) has secured (13) trucks of Maize containing (3900) bags for distribution to his immediate community of Talatar Mafara.

The distribution is to be handled by the (11) man committee headed by Malam Hamza Abubakar.

A total of 68 communities consisting of 21,075 households will benefit with a total of 3900 bags of Maize.

According the chairman, the beneficiaries cut across religious devices as instructed by the donor Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar.

According to the committee Chairman, former Governor Yari has considered the social condition of the people emanating from the removal of fuel subsidy by the current administration.

He assured that, the committee will be just and fair in the discharge of their duties.

He called on people to give them maximum support and cooperation in the discharged of their duty in order to achieve the desire success.

(31) PEOPLE DIES, (274) SUSTAIN INJURIES IN ADAMAWA ROAD CRASHES.

The Federal Road Safety Corp Adamawa state command has revealed that a total of (31) people died as a result of various road crashes within the state.

The statistics also showed that, a total of (274) people also sustained various degree of injuries as a result of the road crashes.

The Adamawa sector command also recorded (126) various road crashes involving (548) passengers within the period under review.

The statistics covered a period of January to July 2023.

The sector commandant of the state, Mr. Yelwa Dio when he interacted with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).

He attributed the road crashes to over-loading, over speeding and making telephone calls while driving.
