Operatives of Police Counterterrorism (CTU) had again goes after another APC social media blogger belonging to the CP of Senator Kabiru Garba MARAFA Shamsu Kasida.
In a telephone interview with the Managing Editor of this medium, Kasida said one police officer belonging to CTU by name Umar Gumbi went together with some CTU operatives searching for him at his personal resident in Gusau on Tuesday.
He said when they could not find him they went to one of the places where he normally visits Alhuda Motors and met one of his associates by name Dan-Isah and asked for the telephone number of one Rabiu Emir which Dan-Isah declined he does not have.
Kasida further said, he has been receiving calls from well-wishers asking him to go into hiding as CTU operatives led by Umar Gumbi are looking for him all over the town.
His arrest came barely a week after another social media blogger Mugira Yusuf was arrested and detained in prison over allegations of false posting, inciting public disturbances and defamation of character.
When contacted for comment, Zamfara police Spokesperson SP Shehu Muhammad denied knowledge of any arrest by officers and men of the command.
