The APC Senatorial Candidate for Zamfara central Senator Kabiru Garba Marafa has reacted to the APC political reconciliation championed by the Governor of Zamfara Bello Muhammad Matawalle.

Marafa who spoke at the grand rally for the flag-off of APC gubernatorial campaign rally held in Bungudu on Thursday said himself, the Governor and former Governor Yari had entered into the political reconciliation with genuine intention.

He said the intention of the reconciliation was to ensure that justice is done to all actors regardless of political affiliation and he urged that same spirit shall be sustained for the overall interest of the success of the party.

He reminded that in 2019 when the APC crises became tensed, some mischief-makers from within the party came up with some political confusion that was geared toward marginalizing some party stakeholders.

He said as God almighty wished, the party (APC) lost it all and everybody learned the bitter lesson of his life.

He added that, now in 2023 some mischief-makers had again come up with another satanic impression aimed at bringing division within the party.

He insisted that those mischief makers shall be allowed to express their political feelings but urged the leaders of the party to ensure justice to all stakeholders.

“Your excellency the Governor what is before you is to ensure justice to all of us. You know we have entered into this reconciliation with genuine intention and we hope that justice shall be ensured”.

He thanked the people of Bungudu for their tireless support to his Senatorial candidature since 2011 and assured that he will do more if given the mandate.
