The Secretary of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Zamfara state Alh Faruk Ahmad Shatiman Rijiya has been suspended by the party members from his Sabon Gari Ward of Gusau local government area.
According to a letter of suspension signed by one Sahabi Danladi Gusau the PDP Secretary of Gusau local government dated 27th of July 2022 addressed to the PDP State Chairman said, the party Secretary was suspended for a period of one month.
No specific offence was mentioned in the letter but it indicated that, a committee was set up to conduct inquiries into the offences not yet mentioned.
The letter added that, the suspension begins from 25th July 2022, and it will be lifted by 25th of August 2022 and the determination of the case will be subject to the outcome of the findings of the committee.
“Considering the above, I am directed to write and notify you of the existence of such decision of the executive members of the above name ward”.
