It was one of the happiest moment for Bola Ahmad Tinubu the APC Presidential candidate as he toured round the streets of Kano to perfect his political campaign rally on Wednesday the 4th of January 2023.
The Presidential candidate was not only shown love, but he was welcomed with joy and admiration by the people of Kano who stood on the major highway for hours to welcome Tinubu and his political associates driving in an open Marcapolo bus.
The journey of less than forty minutes from the Kano seat of power to the main stadium venue of the rally took the campaign train more than three hours, hence party supporters and well-wishers dominated the highway to say a-rouse welcome to the Jagaba of Borgu.
Governor Bello Matawalle of Zmafara who doubled as the North West Zonal Presidential Campaign Coordinator alongside Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje with other stakeholders accompanied Tinubu in the campaign tour of Kano on Wednesday.
Earlier than the commencement of the campaign rally, Tinubu in company of Zamfara Governor Bello Matawalle and Governor Ganduje paid a royal visit to the Emir of Kano where they sought for his fatherly advice and prayer regarding the political journey.
He also inaugurated the donations of campaign vehicles, motorcycles as well as POS Stations for various party supporters across Kano.
He also commissioned the G7 business community, where the leadership of the pro-political group promised to use their connections and mobilized massively for the Bola Tinubu and indeed all APC candidates across the North West.
Before proceeding to the campaign venue on Wednesday, the North Zonal Campaign Coordinator, on behalf of Sen. Bola Ahmad Tinubu paid a special visit to the leader of Qadiriyah movement in Kano where he urged for the support of the religious leader in the success of the Tinubu and APC.
Governor Bello Magawalle assured that APC will continue to accord respect for traditional and religious leaders as the pilot of light for the people.
At the venue of the campaign, Sen. Bola Tinubu thanked the people of Kano for the political reception accorded him and promised to do his best to pay the Kano people back.
Governor Matawalle who expressed satisfaction with the support and show of love shown to Tinubu and indeed the APC assured that, Tinubu will remain indebted to Kano people for their contribution to his success.
