A chieftain of All Progressive Congress Farooq Adamu Aliyu has declared that, unless right steps are taken to address the crises rocking the All Progressive Congress APC, the party is heading toward collapsing.
The Jigawa born politician who spoke in a BBC Hausa Service Radio interview on Sunday said, the genesis of crises between Oshiomole the immediate suspended Chairman of the APC and Governor of Edo State Godwin Obasaki may not be unconnected with unnecessary interference of the former National Chairman on matters of governance in Edo State which the Governor tried to resist.
He noted that, “of course Oshiomole assisted Obasaki to emerge as the Governor but ordinarily he should have allow Obasaki to rule the state in his own way adding that, in politics everybody emerged as a result of the help and support of others”.
He said they are not happy that, APC is lossing some states due to undue crises but noted that, the steps taken by the President may help bring and end to the lingering crises.
