A chieftain of All Progressive Grand Alliance Sani Abdullah Wamban Shinkafi has accused APC politicians in Zamfara of offering 56 million naira to bandits in order not to release the Jangebe abducted girls as part of the effort to sabotage the peace effort championed by Governor Bello Matawalle.
Wamban Shinkafi who made the allegation during a press briefing in Shinkafi, said they have suspected there are conspiracy in the entire Jangebe scenario since some APC politicians have been making calls to frustrate the situation.
He challenged politicians from both ruling and opposition parties to subject their telephones to security check since he was confident that the story that will come out of that process would be shocking.
He said the security checks on the personal telephones of the selected politicians should be from 25th of February to the time when the girls were released.
He further said, some APC members in Zamfara are desperate to ensure that, Matawalle have suffered for his commitment to transforming the state noting that, security operatives needed to be active in curtailing the insecurity affecting the country.
He called on the youth not to allow themselves to be used as stooges for burning down Nigeria by some desperate politicians and urged them to focus more in building the nation.
He also called on the government to came up with initiative that will help in empowering the youth and create job opportunities for the teeming unemployed youth in the country.
