Wife of Zamfara Governor Hajiya Balkisu Bello Matawalle has disbursed money worth N20 million naira to women and other less privilege person in her country home Talatar Mafara.
The Governor’s wife personally visited General Hospital Talatar Mafara where she led the donation of cash herself as well moved ward to ward to visit patients and sympathize with them
She later paid a royal homage to the Emir of Mafara where she briefed him on the activities of her foundation and sought for his royal blessing.
The Emir of Talatar Mafara Muhammad Bello Barmo who expressed happiness with her humanitarian support to poor and less privilege persons encouraged her to sustain the gesture by doing more.
The Governor’s wife also offered financial grant to the women political associations with a view to strengthen them politically.
