Former Nigeria’s Vice President Arc. Namadi Sambo has paid a condolence visit to the Nigeria’s former Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Amb. Chika Bunu over the demise of his late father late Sarkin Fulani Shehu.
He was received by the former Ambassador and some members of the family at his Gwarimpa residence in Abuja on Sunday.
Namadi Sambo described the death of late Sarkin Fulani Shehu as shocking to the entire people of Nigeria and prayed for God almighty to grant him Jannatul Firdausi.
Back at home, the Governor of Zamfara Bello Matawalle and representative of the Sultan of Sokoto, former Governor of Zamfara Mahmuda Shinkafi, Nigeria’s Permanent Representative at the United Nations Tijjani Muhammad Bande, Former Minister of Finance Amb. Bashir Yuguda and members of the Senate and House of Representatives paid their condolence visit to the families of the late emir.
Chairman Zamfara State Council if Chiefs Alh. Attahiru Muhammad Ahmad also led a delegation to condole with the family.
One of the prominent son of the late Sarki Shehu Bachiri Sarkin Fulani thanked the entire people and well wishers for identifying with them during their trying moment and prayed for God almighty to reward them with Jannah.
