The immediate past Commissioner for Environment and Solid Minerals in Zamfara State Alh Mukhtar Muhammad Lugga has offered an appointment, donated a motorcycle and brand new handset to a former Zamfara Road Traffic Officer ZAROTA who was sacked by the state Commandant over an audio music of Zamfara former Governor.
The former Commissioner who expressed sadness with the way the state Commandant Aliyu Alhazzai embarrassed the sacked officer simply for using an audio music of the former Governor as his ring tone said it will be dehumanizing to punish someone for using a musical audio of a politician as ring tone.
Lugga said it was unfortunate that the present administration of Governor Matawalle has allow the characters of Aliyu Alhazzai to be embrassing the administration hence using a musical ring tone of an opposition should not be seen as something serious that can warrant this type of embarrassment against a government appointee.
Lugga said the gesture issued to the sacked ZAROTA officer was not done on political ground but out of concern for humanity.
“the man is married with family and the Commandant out of non-sympathy disgraced him and outrightly sacked him for what the entire world seen as inhuman and we cannot allow that to continue in our polity” Lugga added.
He called on Governor Bello Matawalle to put an eye on such political appointees that are instead of assisting him used their opportunity to kill his politics by treating people as if they are not human beings.
