Governor Bello Matawalle has performed the swearing in of four newly appointed High court judges.
The swearing of the new judges was conducted at the State Government House Chamber, Gusau on Friday.
The judges included Abdullahi Muhammad Gusau, Umar Abdul Nasir Mafara, Sa’ad Gurbin Bore and Muntaqa Ahmad Yakub.
After the swearing in, Governor Bello Matawalle urged them to continue to exhibit high sense of professionalism and also contribute in the development of Justice system.
He assured that his administration will continue to enhance its partnership with the judicial arm of government so that the doctrine of separation of power between the three arms of government can be enhanced.
The occasion was witnessed by the State Chief Judge Mrs Kulu Isah Aliyu and Grand and other important government officials.
