Governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle had on Friday sworn in nine newly appointed Special Advisers.
The swearing in ceremony was conducted at the State Government House Chamber, Gusau.
The appointees included six former local government chairmen removed during the beginning of the administration, as well three others.
Among the three others was the former BBC freelance journalist and Bayero University university lecturer Dr. Nura Makwashe Maradun.
At the end of the swearing in ceremony, the Governor congratulated them for the new responsibilities bestowed on them and urged them to work harder in justifying the confidence reposed on them.
He reminded them that their selection was carefully made based on their track records of service in their various capacities, as well their political antecedents.
