Colonel Lawal Yandoto has refuted the earlier news published by several media outfits including (Thunder Blowers Online News Medium) that he has defected to the ruling PDP saying he is still an active member of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
Yandoto who spoke to the Managing Editor of Thunder Blowers said he has never defected to the ruling PDP even though he was consulted by the party few days ago.
“I have not defected from my party the APC, but I know for some days now, PDP has reached out to me severally, but that does not mean I have defected”
“I am in APC because of Abdul’azeez Yari Abubakar and his reconciliation with Senator Kabiru Garba Marafa has no effect on my decision to decamp” Yandoto added.
He said he still remains with the APC and his loyalty to the party will remain unshaken.
