Police Commissioner Oladimeji Yomi has been deployed to serve as the new police commissioner for Ogun State.
He is to replace Mr. Frank Mba who has been promoted to the rank of Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG).
Until his promotion to the rank of AIG, Mba had been the commissioner of Police in charge of Ogun State since February this year.
The deployment of CP Abimbola was made known through a statement by the force Public relations officer CP Olanrewaju in Abuja on Wednesday.
The new CP according to the statement, joined the services of the Nigerian police force in 1990 after obtaining his first degree in history and political science, and he was trained at the police training college, Kaduna.
