Federal lawmaker from Zamfara Abdulmalik Zubairu Zannan Bungudu has donated nine units of electric transformers to various communities across his constituency and beyond.
The communities that benefited from the gesture include Daza, Sabon Gida, Rawayya and the area adjacent Falala Hotel in Gusau.
According to one of the Zamfara APC social media promoters Hamdan Alhazzai the lawmaker has concluded plan to ensure that Karakkai community in Bungudu is connected with the national grid.
He also stated that plan is underway to connect the communities that benefited from the lawmaker’s intervention had spent several months without light as a result of lack of functional electric transformers
