Zamfara State Deputy Governor Sen. Hassan Nasiha has instructed all contractors handling contracts at the permanent site of the state University Talatar Mafara to mobilize to the site with immediate effect.
Sen. Nasiha handed over the directive when he hosted stakeholders from Talatar Mafara local government for special Ramadan breakfast (Iftar) in his private residence, Gusau on Wednesday.
He said, he was instructed by his principal, the Governor to communicate the instructions to the contractors with a view to ensuring speedy completion of all ongoing projects in the University.
He said, the Governor is passionate about developing Mafara local government, especially with the number of development projects his administration is funding.
Furthermore, he enumerated the ongoing renovation and upgrading of Talatar Mafara General Hospital, multi-million naira projects the government is executing in Abdu Gusau Polytechnic Mafara, as well as state university as some examples of the fate projects the Governor is executing in the local government council.
He also elaborated that, the current administration of Governor Matawalle has upgraded General Hospital Kagara, constructed eleven brand new Primary Health Care Centers as well as take steps to addressing insecurity as the baseline factor that shows love for the people of Mafara.
