Members of Zamfara State House of Assembly have screened and confirmed six nominees for the post of Commissioners in the state executive council.
Three of the nominees, Sufiyanu Bashir Yuguda, Rabiu Garba and Ibrahim Dosara were formerly commissioners and members of the state executive council before they were dissolved by the Governor last month.
Three fresh others include Yazid Shehu Danfulani, Abubakar S. Fawa Dambo and Barr. Junaidu Aminu Kaura were also screened and confirmed by the members of the state house of assembly.
It could be recalled that last months Governor Bello Matawalle announced the dissolution of all members of the state executive council including the SSG, Chief of staff and deputy chief of staff.
With the screening of the six commissioners, seventeen more are awaited even as anxiety trailed the new nomination, especially with the merger in the All Progressive Congress.
