Zamfara State Police Commissioner Hussaini Rabiu has called for inter-agency synergy and sharing of credible information which would be used in tackling crimes in the state.
The CP who declared this during an interface with sister security agencies in Anka, Gummi and Bukkuyum during his familiarization visit to the area commands and police divisions said, with synergy among security agencies peace would be restored in Zamfara State.
While interacting with the officers and men of the three divisions, the CP urged them to exhibit high sense of professionalism and work in line with the international best practices.
During the visit the CP paid courtesy visit to the emirs of Anka, Gummi and Bukkuyum where he appreciated them for their support and urged them to continue to do more.
According to the Police Public Relations officer of Zamfara SP Shehu Muhammad said, the emirs also commended the effort of the security agencies, especially the police for their effort toward addressing security challenges confronting the state.
