The Zonal vice Chairman of the APC Zamfara Central Alh Lawali Tambaya Tsafe has formally resigned his appointment to join Yari faction of the All Progressive Congress.
In an exclusive interview with the managing Editor of this medium, Tambaya said his decision to resign his appointment is considering how the current government of Bello Matawalle has failed to secure the people of the constituency he belongs to.
He said he decided to resign his appointment because he has no moral ground to remain in a political movement where lives of the people do not matter noting that people of Tsafe are perishing in agony pain due to the activities of armed bandits.
“As I speak to, you cannot move two kilometers away from Tsafe town due to the fear of the armed bandit attacks. People of Tsafe are dying in anger and pain, and it seems the government of Matawalle does not care”.
Ask whether if he has made attempt to reach out to the Governor and discuss the matter with him, he said he has no access to the Governor and that he has informed those who can reach him but it seems nothing is working.
He added that, he has decided to align himself with Yari political movement since he ls still a member of the All Progressive Congress and that he has choice to join any camp he belongs to within the APC.
