The leader of Senator Kabiru Garba Marafa political movement Alh Surajo Maikatako has resigned his appointment as Permanent Commissioner Zamfara State Hajj Commission.
In a video footage released by the politician on Wednesday, he said he has resigned his appointment because of comment against Senator Kabiru Garba Marafa by the Secretary of the People’s Democratic Party Alh Umar Ibrahim Dangaladima which he described as insulting to the political reputation of the former Senator.
He also said he has resigned In order to demonstrate his support for the decision of reconciliation entered in to by his political master Senator Kabiru Garba Marafa.
He thanked Governor Bello Matawalle for given him the opportunity to serve the state in that capacity noting that throughout the period he served as permanent Commissioner the Governor has been in support of his political contribution.
He also called on his political associates who are currently with the ruling PDP especially the likes of the State PDP Chairman Alh Tukur Danfulani to consider the decision as an act of political destiny noting that, his decision will not in any way affects their personal relationship
