APC ZAMFAFA TEARS APART AS SEN. YARIMA SUFFERS VICTIMIZATION IN MEMBERSHIP REVALIDATION
There has been growing tension as to the status of Zamfara former Governor Ahmad Sani Yariman Bakura since there is high chance he will be denied his renewed membership of the All Progressive Congress APC.
Senator Ahmad Sani Yariman Bakura the first civilian Governor of Zamfara State was among the prominent pioneers of the APC and he played a major role in its emergence in 2013.
People begin to suspect all was not well when former Governor Abdulazeez Yari Abubakar alongside other aggrieved members of G8 met with the national caretaker Chairman of the party Mai Mala Buni to chat the way forward for the party in isolation of the former Senator Ahmad Sani Yarima.
Many asked this question as to why Yarima was left out of the arithmetic by Yari led faction of the APC even though there has been speculation that former Governor Abdulazeez Yari Abubakar was angry with Senator Yarima over his relationship with Governor Bello Matawalle of the Peoples Democratic Party.
It was established that when the committee for the revalidation exercise was sent to Zamfara State Yariman Bakura was tactically skipped in the arrangement and many of his supporters believed it was done to humiliate him politically.
On Saturday (yesterday) the committee went round all political wards to register some critical stakeholders including former Governor Yari, Mamuda Shinkafi, Senator Marafa, Dauda Lawan Dare among many other stakehokders.
But to the surprise of many stakeholders, Yarima was not captured in the whole arrangement as he was left alone conducting a rally in Bakura with others believed to be supporters of the ruling PDP.
Many stakeholders in the APC shared mixed reactions as to the political development that trailed the former Senator.
YARIMA WILL NOT BE REGISTERED IN APC IT IS A COMMON STAND OF APC BAKURA: BAKURA APC CHAIRMAN
The Chairman of APC in Bakura Alh Sani Kaura Malam said the party at Bakura has resolved that, it will not register Yarima because to the best of their knowledge he is not an APC member.
He said no one needs to be told from what happened during Bakura bye election that Yarima has moved himself out of the APC since he has worked against the party, and it’s candidate.
He said his ward in Bakura has communicated their stand and at the local government their decision has been ratified outrightly.
He advised Yarima to go back and meet the party leadership at the state level and work it out with them noting that even if there is a communication from the state level it is not binding on the APC Bakura local government, or it’s supporters.
He described as malicious the allegation that the committee sent by the party headquarters led by Ahmad Kareto was induced with millions of money to deny registration for Yarima noting that, such a statement is baseless and unfounded.
He said the final stand is that Yarima will never be registered no matter the pressure from whoever is involved.
YARIMA LACK LEADERSHIP SKILLS TO LEAD APC, WE HAVE OPTED FOR YARI TO LEAD ZAMFARA APC (AMINU SANI JAJI)
One of the leaders of the APC in Zamfara Aminu Sani Jaji has declared that only people of Bakura and indeed APC leadership from the political ward of Yarima can determine whether he is still a member of APC or not.
For us in the APC we are not aware if Yarima is still in APC, or he has defected since he has not made that formal declaration and if he has not been registered as claimed may be APC leaders from his ward may have issues to clarify with him.
Jaji said
it is only advisable if Yarima can go and sought things out with his immediate political constituency because they are the only people that can decided his fate politically.

On the status of Senator Yarima in APC Jaji said stakeholders in APC have already decided who is to lead them and in all honesty, Yarima does not have the capacity to lead the transformed APC Zamfara people are yearning for.
He said as stakeholders they have resolved that former Governor Abdulazeez Yari Abubakar has been conferred with the mandate to head the journey of Zamfara APC and that the journey is a journey of no return.

A member of the Publicity Committee of the APC Alh Abubakar Ahmad Maradun has declared that, former Senator Yarima has been part of the problem of APC Zamfara because from day one he has been sabotaging the former Governor Abdulazeez Yari Abubakar.
He insisted that APC Zamfara is tired of his conspiracy and argued that unless he is aged out of the party APC Zamfara will never see peace.
Maradun further explained that, it was evident during the last bye election his residential house was filled with the PDP posters, and it was on record that the former Senator has worked against the victory of the APC in Bakura.
He explained that it was confirmed by the APC supporters in Bakura that Yarima hired PDP thugs on Saturday and moved to Bakura to disrupt the exercise noting that his mission is best known to all APC supporters in the state.
He said aging Yarima out of APC constitute no threat to the party since for long he has been sabotaging the effort of the party.
ALLEGATION OF YARI PAYING MONEY TO DENY YARIMA MEMBERSHIP CARD BASELESS, YARIMA CANT BE REGISTERED, (SANI GWAMNA MAYANCHI)
The Zonal Vice Chairman of APC in charge of Zamfara Central Sani Gwamna Mayanchi has denied the allegations that money exchanged in hand between Zamfara former Governor and committee sent by the national committee.
He also alleged that if Yarima needed to be registered he has to meet the leadership of the party from his constituents because that has been the basis constitutionally.
Gwamna also explained that, as against the propaganda by Senator Yarima nobody in Abuja can force Bakura people to register Yarima because they know better who is their member or not.
He argued further that it sounds funny for Yarima to accused former Governor Yari since they are not from the same local government with him adding that Yarima needs to face reality.
WE HAVE NOT BEEN INDUCED BY ANY APC MEMBER IN ZAMFARA (COMMITTEE MEMBER)
The Secretary of the committee sent by the national headquarters of the party Arch. Kabiru Ibrahim said it is a baseless to accuse the committee of receiving inducement from the former Governor in order not to register the former Senator.
He said they were advised against going to Bakura to register the former Senator due to insecurity and asked the former Senator to come down to his residence in Gusau and get registered.
He noted that as soon as funeral prayers of the mother of Senator Tijjani Yahaya Kaura is over they are ready to register Yarima once he is prepared.
