There are cases of vote buying in the open at Balgare 002 poling unit as voters are being induced with textile materials and money.
One of the voter Ibrahim Mamman said APC reached out to voters at home in the morning and give each of the female voter one peer of textile material and the sum of N1, 500.
He said for the PDP they brought the textile materials at the backyard of the Primary School where each female voter was issued a peer of textile material and the sum of N2000.
Voters were seen on the queue and the voting was ongoing while party agents are still negotiating their faith with the voters who were waiting on queue to cast their vote.
Another said, there was very poor arrangement at the initial stage at the poling unit hence voters protested not vote but normalcy was later restored and the voting is ongoing.
