The bill for an act to provide for the establishment of the State Directorate of Investment and Public Private Partnership and other matters connected therewith 2020 has passed through first reading on the floor of Zamfara State House of Assembly on Tuesday.
In a statement by the house Spoke Person Mustapha Jafaru Kaura said the house had also screened the former state secretary of the People’s Democratic Party Alh Hashimu Muhd Modomawa as Special Adviser to Zamfara State Governor.
After the Tuesday’s proceeding the house unanimously resolved to proceed on three weeks recess which according to them is in line with the provision of the House Standing Rule 2012 as amended.
They are to resumes on Monday 11th January 2021 for the continuation of their legislative activities.
