Zamfara State High Court presided over by Justice Bello Turku Gummi has delissolved the state leadership of All Progressive Congress APC and ordered for the conduct of fresh Congress.
It could be recalled that, Senator Kabiru Garba Marafa led faction of the APC re-approached the State High Court seeking for nullification of the State APC leadership on the ground that, the Congress that produced the leadership emerged out of an election which is not fear and free.
Before the matter was brought to the State High Court, it’s Federal counter part had earlier tried and dismissed the matter on the ground of negligence and lack of deligent prosecution.
