CHIKA KIGAN TO G8 MEMBERS: DEFECT TO PDP IF YOU ARE CONVINCE WITH THE LEADERSHIP STYLE OF ZAMFARA GOV MATAWALLE
A former chieftain of the All Progressive Congress APC in Zamfara State who recently defected to the ruling People’s Democratic PDP Alh Chika Galadima (Kigan) said, every progressive minded person need to join hand with the present administration of Bello Matawalle considering its giant effort toward reviving the state.
Chika Galadima who features in an online television show of Thunder Blowers tagged ‘’Dandalin Baje Hujja’’ said he has decided to defect to the ruling PDP in Zamfara State because of the manners at which the Governor is passionately coming up with initiatives that are capable of changing the narratives about Zamfara state.
‘’I was shocked when I met with the Governor one night sharing money to the poorest people on the street of Gusau and I said to myself if a Governor can spares his time to be going round the city and listen to people then there is no better time to join hand with him in the PDP than now’’
The politician also described the political alliance entered in to with some members of G8 by the PDP led administration as needless adding that, the proper thing to do is for those G8 members who believed in the direction at which the Governor is going to defect formally and join the PDP so that the party can be moved to a bigger level in the state.
He explained that, what the Governor has done within his one year of stewardship is evidently convincing that, he has understand the leadership need of the people of Zamfara and if he sustained the tempo the Governor will be one of the best in Nigeria.
On the critics of some development projects initiated by the Governor, Kigan noted that, it takes the Governor renewed wisdom to initiate projects like Cargo Airport, new Government House, renovation and extension of government lodges in Kaduna and Abuja as well as the proposed 147 women and children hospitals considering the level of setback in the infrastructural development of the state adding that, the project is not only good but timely.
