Emir of Bungudu in Zamfara State Alh Hassan Attahiru Bungudu who was recently abducted by some unknown gunmen along Kaduna-Abuja express road has returned home after some medical examination at an Abuja private hospital.
He was received at his Palace by hundreds of family friends and well-wishers who expressed joy and happiness over the return of the monarch.
It would be recalled that the Emir was abducted since 14th September along Kaduna-Abuja expressway and spent 32 days in captivity before he was released by his abductors.
Hundreds of his subjects gathered at Furfuri Junction, Bungudu border town with Gusau to receive the monarch in a very colorful event which serve as a mark of honor for the emir.
Addressing the public in his Palace, the emir described what befalls him as an act of God and destiny from his creator and assured that he has committed everything to him.
He appreciated the payers offered for him by the people while in captivity and thanked all those that played one role or the other throughout his trying period.
He specifically thanked the State government for its effort toward securing his release and also thanked his colleague Sarkin Dankon Bukkuyum for patiently waiting to receive him
Emir of Bukkuyum Alh Muhammad Usman in a remark said what happened to the emir is a clear demonstration that the monarch relate excellent with the people and urged him to sustained his good deeds
