Hundreds of Muslim faithfuls from across the divides attended the funeral prayers of Zamfara former Commissioner for Agriculture Alh Shuaibu Abdulsalam Magami who was laid to rest in Gusau on Tuesday.
Magami died at the early hours of Tuesday at his residence of Nasarawa area Bayan Gusau hotel and his family members announced his exit via many social media outlets.
Until his death he was a card-carrying member of the All Progressive Congress APC and he even attended the re-union meeting of the party which was held in Kaduna on Sunday.
He served former Governor Mahmuda Shinkafi as State Commissioner for Agriculture, and he was also a former ZACAREP programme manager a popular agricultural programme of former Governor Ahmad Sani Yariman Bakura.
He worked in the state service and rose through the cadre to become a Permanent Secretary.
