Gusau emirate council in collaboration with other concern stakeholders had organized a special prayer session for the return of sustainable peace in Zamfara state and Nigeria by extension.
Sarkin Katsinan Gusau Alh Ibrahim Bello alongside other prominent personalities attended the prayer session.
State APC Chairman Tukur Umar Danfulani as well as the APC Chieftain Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi represented the Governor of Zamfara at the occasion.
A sum of five million naira was donated by the Governor to those who participated in the prayer session.
The money was handed over cash to the Emir of Gusau for onward distribution to the organizers and participants.
