The leadership of the All Progressive Congress has sent a delegation to plead to one of its chieftains, Sani Abdullahi Wamban Shinkafi over the tragedy of armed thuggery attack against his personality in Gusau.
Publicity Secretary of the party, Mal. Yusuf Idris led the delegation alongside the director of welfare and one of the political aids of Minister Bello Matawalle Aliyu BK protocol.
Yusuf Idris while addressing journalists, said they were at wamban shinkafi personal residence to appeal with him and to share the sad moment with him.
He said the party was not happy with what happened and promised that the perpetrators would be arrested and prosecuted accordingly.
On why the thugs mentioned the name of the Minister of Defense as reason for their action, the publicity Secretary denied seeing the video footage where the thugs were mentioning the name of the Minister of State for Defense.
