An agent of a political party who does not want to be named alleged that armed thugs invaded some poling units in Birnin Tudu ward of Bakura local government and whisked away nine ballot boxes to an unknown destination.
He said during one of the invasion he has made an attempt to resist their action but was abducted to the outskirts of the Birnin Tudu town where he was robbed off his phones and other valuable properties.
He noted that, though counting and collation of result have started, he wondered how the result would be declared with nine ballot boxes missing.
In the same Birnin Tudu ward, this medium reliably gathered that, the State APC Publicity Secretary Shehu Isah Barden Gusau was attacked by some armed thugs and severely wounded.
The Nigerian Ambassador to Guinea Captain Bala Mairiga confirmed the story and explained that Barden Gusau is currently hospitalized at a hospital in Zamfara.
