A head of December 5th 2020 scheduled bye election for Bakura State Assembly in Zamfara State, the All Progressive Congress APC has commences tour of the electoral wards in the area on Wednesday.
The tour marked the beginning of their ward-ward campaign and it was launched at Dakko before moving the campaign train to Damri and later Yargeda.
Party Stakeholders from the area including former Commissioner of Education Muhammad Muttaqa Rini, Alh Rabiu Ililih Bakura, Alh Kauran Malam, Alh Alfa Yaffakoji and Chairman of APC Bakura Alh Dandare Dakko took to the stage to address hundreds of party supporters who gathered at the various campaign grounds to welcome the campaign train.
They all expressed confidence that with the level of massive turn out of people APC will surely emerged victorious in the poll.
They urged the party supporters to shun any act of intimidation and come out on the election day and vote for the party.
The APC candidate Alh Bello Dankande Gamji thanked the people of Bakura for the confidence reposed on him and promised to make them proud if elected.
